  • Overview

    Sensible Play is a integral part of the MoPlay operation. Working closely with the Sensible Play Manager and Customer Due Diligence team you will be responsible for ensuring MoPlay customers are gambling responsibly and within their means. You will work closely with many departments in the company to ensure they receive the appropriate training and assist with any sensible play related queries.  


    • Investigate and monitor customer’s behaviour reports to identify any potential cases that may need further action
    • Protect customers who have, or could be in the process of developing, gambling problems
    • Perform detailed conversations by phone and email with customers who may have gambling related problems
    • Work closely with the Solutions team, to assess customer profiles that may be at risk of developing problem gambling
    • Use data and reports, to spot trends and limit potentially damaging behaviour
    • Escalate any identified problem gambling cases
    • Track outstanding queries and issues through to timely resolution
    • Ensure policies, procedures and job responsibilities are maintained


    • Excellent organisational skills, highly reliable and process driven
    • Confidence to work on your own initiative, making improvements to existing processes and implementing new processes where you spot gaps, without continuous oversight
    • Strong relationship building skills (both internal and external) and the ability to communicate effectively and confidently
    • Be comfortable in dealing with challenging conversations which require a sensitive approach
    • Strong attention to detail attention to detail with an analytic approach to problems
    • Experience in dealing with customers in some capacity would be a distinct advantage
    • Experience of working in the online gaming industry would be a distinct advantage but is not essential
