    • Lead the team in elegantly solving issues and questions from our customers about our products and services
    • Deliver excellence, passion and inspiration in your leadership style
    • Be relentless in the pursuit of creative and valuable solutions
    • Work right in the heart of the action to deliver a truly personalised experience through social channels
    • Shape the Team and new starters ensuring they are confident before handling requests
    • Highlight areas of re-training for individuals
    • Be part of a social tribe of dedicated brand advocates and deliver our message

    Qualifications

    Who you are

    • You are fed up with anything but awesome customer service
    • You can empathise with people, take ownership of their problems and make it your responsibility to resolve them intelligently
    • An ambitious go-getter ready to grab opportunities to grow and develop
    • Able to work weekends and evenings
    • Have excellent written and verbal English language
    • Sports Betting/Gaming experience an advantage
