    Responsibilities

    What you’ll do

    • Deliver MoPlay’s distinctive tone of voice on core social channels such as Facebook and Twitter, interacting with existing and potential customers in a timely and relevant way
    • Engage with our community of fans/followers, serving compelling content during live event coverage
    • Help devise compelling cross-platform content assets and campaigns that leverage our local and international sponsorship portfolio and help MoPlay stand out from the crowd
    • Be part of an army of brand advocates ready to conquer the digital sports and betting world
    • Engage in our social listening program that monitors and evaluates our content and conversations in real time, identifying prospects, trends and insights
    • Liaise with Operations colleagues to support inbound social customer service alongside a dedicated team
    • Think big and different. Act small, personalised, decentralised and localised. Fail fast. Test and optimise, build, measure and learn rapidly

    Qualifications

    Who you are

    • A digital native and sports nut, with experience of utilising social publishing and advertising platforms for professional purposes
    • A master of the German language with a talent for words and messaging, and a proven track record in achieving impressive engagement on social media
    • Strong written and verbal English skills
    • An ideas person, with a finger on the pulse of sports, technology and what makes millennial audiences tick
    • You demonstrably create relevant, original and high-quality content for a broad range of social platforms
