  • Overview

    As a project manager on MoPlay you will be the coordinator, planner and guardian of our our incredible development process. With multiple projects running in a fast-paced Agile process, and with complex 3rd party dependencies to manage it’s going to be a big challenge - but by using the latest tools, your own hard-fought experience of good process and the backing of an amazing development team  you will ensure our awesome product stays awesome right the way from idea to release. We’re looking for someone who can do as well as manage so you need to be comfortable getting stuck in at the front-line - and with demanding timelines we need a self-starter able to hit the ground running.


    What you’ll do

    • Define and champion the SDLC process for a very large, heavily regulated and fast-paced mobile gaming company
    • Coordinate a complex project schedule with multiple concurrent workstreams being delivered through both in-house and offshore teams
    • Work closely with product owners, business analyst, designers, developers and testers to ensure our product is awesome
    • Understand the importance of risks and dependencies and how they can be tracked effectively in a project
    • Champion Agile best-practice across the company with a strong emphasis on teamwork, collaboration and rapid time to market
    • Think big and different. Act small, personalised, decentralised and localised. Fail fast. Test and optimize, build, measure and learn rapidly


    Who you are

    • You will be a self-starter, thriving on complexity and comfortable managing fast-pace developments teams on tight deadlines
    • Scrum, Kanban, Prince, Lean, MoR or XP are just some of the tools in your arsenal of knowledge to get things done
    • You will enhance our awesome team with a wealth of hard-earned experience and good ideas and knowledge of the latest mobile app technology and product vision
    • Dealing with large multinational 3rd-party providers doesn’t intimidate you
