    • Monitor incoming transactions and to ensure that fraudulent transactions are spotted swiftly
    • To process customer withdrawals in a timely and error-free manner
    • To perform accurate monitoring of fraudulent behaviour by analysing daily and weekly reports of suspicious activity that may indicate any type of fraud and help to reduce chargebacks
    • Verifying customer accounts documents and Age verification process
    • To ensure online banking is regularly checked for incoming customer transactions
    • Control of PSP balances and cashier management


    • Mandarin speaker with a good level of English (verbal and written)
    • You are adaptable and able to work well in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
    • Ability to work closely with other departments, liaise with Customer Solutions daily
    • You’ve worked before in a similar role and have passion. in Fraud and Payments industry
    • Ability to work flexible hours, it will involve day and evening shifts as well as working weekends and public holidays
    • Able to work on a 24/7 rota
    • We will support work permit applications
