  • Overview

    The main purpose of this role is to ensure that balances held with payments service providers are monitored and correctly reconciled to internal records, as well as to provide general administration support to the Finance function.


    What you’ll do

    • Reconciliation of payment service provider balances
    • Work with internal and external stakeholders to investigate reconciliation differences
    • Monitor working capital balances and recommend funding/withdrawals to ensure the smooth operation of the payments function
    • Assisting with end of year audits by providing all necessary support for the Auditor
    • Assisting with accounting for income and reconciliation of bank statements as required
    • Analysis and production of budget reports to feedback to Management team on a regular basis, as well as providing other financial reports as required
    • Providing administration support to the senior management team


    Who you are

    • Strong Excel skills along with experience using Word, Outlook, and accounting systems
    • Previous experience within book keeping
    • AAT or similar would be beneficial though not essential
