    Responsibilities

    • Investigate and monitor customer’s behaviour reports to identify any potential cases that may need further action
    • Protect customers who have, or could be in the process of developing, gambling problems
    • Perform detailed conversations by phone and email with customers who may have gambling related problems
    • Work closely with the customer service team, to assess customer profiles that may be at risk of developing problem gambling
    • Use data and reports, to spot trends and limit potentially damaging behaviour
    • Escalate any identified problem gambling cases
    • Track outstanding queries and issues through to timely resolution
    • Ensure policies, procedures and job responsibilities are maintained

    Qualifications

    • You’ll already have 1-2 years’ experience in handling social responsibility cases within online gaming
    • Knowledge of responsible gambling processes
    • You’ll be able to handle sensitive situations with confidence
    • Experience in customer’s profiling
    • Familiarity with transactional behaviours and monitoring systems
    • You’ll demonstrate good attention to detail and can thoroughly investigate customers’ accounts in a timely manner
    • Able to work in a team and unsupervised
    • You’ll have good knowledge of online gaming guidelines, policies and regulations
    • Excellent communication skills and comfortable presenting insight to the business
