    Reporting into the VP Sports we are looking for someone exceptional to lead the effort in Sports bet boosts, promotions and offers which need to be 24/7 topical, relevant and engaging.

    The right candidate will be accountable for the quality, accuracy and tactical positioning of sports content using CMS applications.  Using financial, web and activity trends you will compile a sports schedule of events, to be referenced on a daily basis with the aim to optimise content execution, by tracking successful techniques and using these to inform an adaptive strategy.

    You will be responsible for ensuring that the betting events and opportunities we present on our mobile site are always timely, relevant and engaging. You will work with Brand, Marketing, CRM, Creative and Sports teams to drive operational synergies and improvements, in order to support the brand.  


    What you’ll do

    • Creation and distribution of the sports schedule by compiling a schedule of sports and other events in relation to betting opportunities.
    • Track any streamed, televised and non-televised events that represent a tactical opportunity in terms of driving revenue.
    • Use the sports schedule to define a daily content strategy and priorities that will drive engagement and turnover.
    • Cross-reference analytical and financial data in order to optimise the display of events against the schedule and at peak times.
    • Populate and manage the Sports homepage and promotions page, as well as the creation and management of cross-sell areas.
    • Create individual instances of acquisition and retention. This will involve proofing, scheduling and manual prioritisation and positioning of this content to align CRM and the sports schedule. It will also involve the sending of relevant In-app messages and push notifications to appropriately segmented customers groups
    • Highlight any topical developments during the day in order to drive revenue on related betting opportunities.
    • The role will require you to work at those times when our sportsbook is at its busiest, so evening and weekend work will be frequent 


    Who you are

    • CMS experience required 
    • Extensive sports and betting knowledge essential 
    • Highly motivated individual with an ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships and meet business deadlines
