    Responsibilities

    • Monitor incoming transactions and to ensure that fraudulent transactions are spotted swiftly.
    • To process customer withdrawals in a timely and error-free manner.
    • To perform accurate monitoring of fraudulent behaviour by analysing daily and weekly reports of suspicious activity that may indicate any type of fraud and help to reduce chargebacks.
    • Verifying customer accounts documents and Age verification process.
    • To ensure online banking is regularly checked for incoming customer transactions.
    • Control of PSP balances and cashier management.

    Qualifications

    • Spanish/Portuguese speaker with a good level of English (verbal and written).
    • You are adaptable and able to work well in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
    • Ability to work closely with other departments, liaise with Customer Service daily.
    • You’ve worked before in a similar role, with experience of the LatAm markets, and have passion for Fraud and Payments industry.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, it will involve day and evening shifts as well as working weekends and public holidays.
    • Able to work on a 24/7 rota.
    • We will support work permit applications.
