    Our Customer Engagement team believes that this can only be achieved if our users receive truly personalised communications that are based on their user behaviour. A simple concept, a serious task!

    If you’re a CRM executive with 1-2 years hands-on experience, passionate about mobile and are up for a challenge we would like to hear from you.


    What you’ll do

    • Help activate the most innovative new customer comms strategy in betting and gaming
    • Trigger high levels of mobile engagement within our millennial consumer base by making every micro moment and interaction matter
    • React in real time to key sports events, tapping into trending conversations with timely and relevant comms across multiple channels: crm, in-app, push notification and social media
    • Ensure campaigns, content, ad copy, segmentation logic, triggers and actions are reflective of our customer proposition
    • Help evolve and optimise our contact strategy together with key information/data to support continuous learning
    • Constantly question assumptions, challenge the status quo, and push for improvement and innovation; never settle for being “good enough”


    Who you are

    • You’re an organised, passionate, curious operator, who moves with the times and technological advancements, always retaining your finger on the pulse of modern customer engagement trends
    • You have a good understanding of CRM delivery platforms (Urban Airship, OtherLevels, Braze, LeanPlum) and Relationship Marketing Hubs
    • You have good understanding of ESP’s (Email delivery Platforms) & HTML
    • You have good understanding of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, MixPanel or similar reporting platforms
    • You are passionate about sports and working on cutting edge live coverage, and understand that this goes hand in hand with evening and weekend work
    • Fluent English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • You truly think mobile first and possess a customer-centric mentality
    • You quickly and positively adapt to changing environments, whether it’s in customer behaviour, technology disruption or business goals
    • Previous experience in betting/gaming is preferred but not compulsory
