    Responsibilities

    What you’ll do

    • Be outstanding in solving issues and questions from customers across core social media channels
    • Be both proactive and reactive in the pursuit of creative and valuable solutions
    • Devise, script and deliver product-focussed content initiatives that reduce customer contacts
    • Monitor social listening tools to identify and proactively resolve customer issues in real time
    • Work right in the heart of the action to deliver a truly personalised experience through social
    • Be part of a best in class marketing team, and a social tribe of dedicated brand advocates delivering our message

    Qualifications

    Who you are

    • You're fed up with anything but awesome customer service and believe social media plays a huge role in delivering this
    • You’re a digital native who understands the nuances of different core social channels
    • You can empathise with people, take ownership of their problems and make it your responsibility to resolve them intelligently
    • Have a solid understanding of the risks of operating on social, and are passionate about redefining what good social CS practices look like
    • Willing and able to work weekends and evenings to coincide with our key events calendar
    • Sports Betting and Gaming experience and knowledge base is an advantage
