    Responsibilities

    What you’ll do

    • Create best in class audio-visual assets that are consistently on-brand, in vogue and stand out from the crowd
    • Harness your creativity and contribute to collaborative innovation across communications, product and service
    • Help bring our brand tone of voice to life, delivering compelling visual storytelling across multiple touch points
    • Devise compelling cross-platform content assets that are scalable to multiple international markets
    • Use data as a differentiator, monitoring and evaluating our content and identifying trends and relevant insights
    • Be a key stakeholder in a team of dynamic creatives, all hungry to put an exciting new brand on the map
    • Commission content across our retained agencies and influencer networks
    • Think big and different. Act small, personalised, decentralised and localised. Fail fast. Test and optimise, build, measure and learn rapidly

    Qualifications

    Who you are

    • A talented visual storyteller with a proven track record in creating video, and other streams of innovative visual content, that deliver results
    • A tech savvy operator with a finger on the pulse of what’s exciting and upcoming across the digital content landscape
    • You have mind-blowing video editing and motion graphics skills on programs such as Adobe Premiere and Final Cut and can turn projects around quickly and efficiently allowing our brand to capitalise on the micro moment
    • You demonstrably create scroll-stopping video and visual assets that can be templated and scaled to multiple international markets
    • You are passionate about active participation in the customer path of our hyper-connected and mobile first target audience
    • An innovative ideas person, you have a strong instinct for what makes today’s audiences tick in the worlds of sport, gaming, technology and popular culture
