    Responsibilities

    As payments and fraud analyst you will be responsible for the below:

    • To monitor incoming transactions and to ensure that fraudulent transactions are spotted swiftly.
    • To process customer withdrawals in a timely and error-free manner. 
    • To perform accurate monitoring of fraudulent behaviour by analysing daily and weekly reports of suspicious activity that may indicate any type of fraud and help to reduce chargebacks.
    • To review on a regular basis fraudulent patterns and to share your findings with the team
    • To monitor of possible money laundering transactions and to submit appropriate Suspicious Activity Reports. 
    • To handle Age verification process
    • To check gaming accounts for KYC requirements
    • Verification of customer documents.
    • To ensure online banking regularly checked for incoming customer transactions
    • To perform bank checks and other reconciliation tasks as needed
    • Efficient handling of customer queries via various channels

    Qualifications

     Who we are looking for: 

    • You are a Team player, well organised, highly driven, with a strong ambition to perform well.
    • You are adaptable and able to work well in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
    • Ability to work closely with other departments, liaise with Customer Service daily.
    • You worked before in a similar role and have passion in Fraud and Payments industry.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, it will involve day and evening shifts as well as working weekends and public holidays.
    • Good computer and internet knowledge with great analytical skills and a key eye for details.
